Robert J. DuPont

Robert DuPont, following 15 years of practice, is the principal and owner of the Law Offices of Robert J. DuPont. He has extensive experience in all types of immigration law with a concentration in immigrant visa practice and removal defense (deportation). He regularly defends and advises clients in the areas of employment based visa petitions, family based visa petitions, citizenship and naturalization, as well as representation in immigration court and appeals. Mr. DuPont also has significant experience in family law and adoptions for immigration purposes.

With his extensive experience, Mr. DuPont has tried and won many immigration cases, including obtaining a published decision in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals which forever changed how V-2 immigrant visas are handled by the USCIS and the U.S. Department of State. Mr. DuPont was admitted to the California Bar in 1995 and regularly appears in federal and state courts throughout California and in immigration courts throughout the United States.

As the son of immigrant parents, Robert DuPont knows exactly what is at stake for immigrants and their families, and he is dedicated to obtaining fair and just treatment of all persons seeking legal status in the United States. Mr. DuPont, a graduate of Yale University and the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California, has acquired the expertise to assist immigrants at all levels of legal representation.
